Although in the jargon “personal blog” is considered the lowest type of notes of one’s own thoughts in electronic form, one Puppet (exclusively for VKP) decided to write in this format about animation, directing, dramaturgy and puppetry as a separate form of life.
Often alone and left, piled on top of each other with a foot on their neck or a hand on their forehead, they calmly wait for someone to revive them. Although they are always smiling, arranged and ready for socialization, they cannot walk the world as carefree as some other life forms…
For some, life literally depends on the thread, some have to be infinitely humiliated to come to life, and some are dysfunctional if a third animator is missing.
Can you imagine what it would be like for you to depend on someone else as a necessary fact to exist? Or you’re just a doll in a shop window. Or in the basement.
It’s like a loan to you, a resuscitation loan.
